Toby
Thank you Angie for being there for us again after we sadly had to have our cat, Toby, put to sleep on 20th January, 2011. He was in his 20th year and did extremely well since losing his soul-mate, Peppa, three years previously. We are missing both cats terribly, but we are consoled by at least knowing that Toby is now with Peppa in 'Pet Heaven.' It was a relief to know that Angie was just a phone call away to deal with the necessary arrangements for us (as she had done when we lost Peppa back in December, 2007). This enabled us to quietly reflect and come to terms with the loss of our much loved boy. Angie, the work that you all do for animals is superb and, if I could, I would personally award you a medal for all your hard work and devotion. Bless you.

Charlie
Just to thank you, Angie, for a very 'pleasant' (if one can use that description at a rather sad moment in time) experience in the cremation of our 17 year-old Golden Retriever 'Charlie'.

Poppy (ex office cat of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home)
all, thank you so much for the care and support shown to me and to my mum and for the respect shown to Poppy. Your warmth and friendliness gave great comfort and I knew that I'd left Poppy in the safe hands of true animal lovers. You will be very pleased to hear that Poppys' ashes went from the beautiful, tranquil sussex countryside location of Heavenly Paws to an equally beautiful countryside location, with spectacular view - namely Battersea Dogs & Cats Home at Brands Hatch. With much thanks and with huge respect for all that you do. Kind regards Lynda Drossa & Marion Murcutt May 2010

Thank you
Two years ago this month I lost my little black and white Cocker Spaniel Annie. She was one month away from her 15th birthday. I wanted to be prepared for her passing so in preparation I looked on the internet and found Heavenly Paws. Angie and Simon had only just taken over the business and I asked if I could come along and have a look round. They were so kind and helpful and I knew that was where I wanted Annie to go when the time came. I can't praise the professionalism and kindness of Angie and Simon enough. Three months later Annie's old friend Lola passed away too and I immediately recommended Hevenly Paws and she too went there. Today sadly another friend has lost her little dog Lucy and again I had already recommended Heavenly Paws to her for when the time came. She has just returned from taking Lucy there and could not praise Angie and Simon and the senstive way they were dealt with highly enough. So, a belated thank you from me for continuing to provide a wonderful service. It helps enormously to know that our beloved pets are being sent on their final journey with the respect and dignity they so deserve.

Pushkin
Today (9.2.2009) I collected the beautiful casket containing my lovely cat Pushkin's ashes. Thank you so much for easing the pain, and for the beautiful sympathy card which means so much. Pushy was 14 & very loved and so missed and the decision to end his life was the last act of kindness I could do for him in the final stages of cancer. It means a lot to know Heavenly Paws is owned by real animal lovers & that each pet has an individual cremation. He can now rest in peace in his favourite place in the garden, surrounded by catnip. I shall feel more than content to bring my remaining cat Monty (also 14) to you when his time comes. Thank you both - & your beautiful cats Candy & Millie for letting me fuss them!

Thankyou Angie and Simon
Sampson was our first dog. He was a beautiful black and tan Doberman. He passed away on 03/06/08. The service we recieved at Heavenly paws was superb. At one of the worst times in our lives the whole experience of having Sampson cremated was made bearable with the help of Angie and Simon. A totally commited pair of individuals we have never met before. They live for their animals and it showed. Many many thank's for all you have done for us and Sam and we hope you continue to help others like you have helped us. All our love Dan and Emma and the new mutt Vinnie. xxx

Our beautiful Arnie
We sadly lost our beautiful german shepherd suddenly 2 weeks before christmas. He ment the world to us and our loss was so much more painful due to him only being 3 years old and just before christmas as he was a huge part of our family. he was by my side 24/7, we worked together all day every day and having him beside me made each day that much easier. When we found out about Heavenly paws i telephoned them on a sunday evening expecting to talk to a answer machine but Simon answered the phone and within seconds of speaking to him i KNEW that Heavenly Paws was the right place for our boy to be cremated. He had time to listen to me, he was very kind and genuinly made me feel easier about dealing with the very difficult and upseting task ahead. The next day we travelled to Heavenly Paws to meet Simon to discuss the cremation and look around, we were warmly greeted by the staff, shown around, had a walk around the kennels, shown options for Arnies ashes and had a coffee. We left feeling totally re-assured that Arnie would be cared for respectfully, Simon collected Arnie from our vets the same day, his ashes were presented in a beautiful wooden box with an engaved plaque with his name and photograph on. Thankyou again Simon and all at Heavenly Paws for a 1st class service and making a very sad time that bit easier.

cognac, pernod, and kizzy
a very very sad day arrived in my household, when my two beautiful dalmations had to be put to sleep. my boy had cancer he was 13 and my beautiful girl was 14 and a bit and was very artharitic, they were mum and son. angie and simon could not have been more sympathetic or supportive and respective towards them and me.unfortunately 5 weeks later i was back again with my last little girl a terrier who's kidneys packed up in less than 24 hours, it was a great shock especially so soon after losing the others, maybe she lost the will to live as they had always lived as a pack, life at the moment is really empty and i am still grieving as i'm sure you will all understand, again angie and simon and their support in very difficult and emotional circumstances was much appreciated. unfortunately all of us funny humans who allow our 4 legged friends into our hearts will always find it difficult to say goodbye but angie and simon at least made it more bearable.they died in june and august and this is the first time i have been able to write on here. thanks to you both.

"Thank You"
This is a "thank You" for looking after my pekingese "snoopy". I didnt get to say it to you both as i was still very upset. My partner tells me that you gave him respect and dignity. that was such a comfort to me, after losing him in the way i did. He said you also took the time to listen, which makes it alot more personal. (not just a job) I wished i could have spent that special last time with Snoop that you provided, but at the time i couldnt face it. Bless you both for giving owners the chance to do that. Also, i would like to thank you for carrying out my last request, that is something i will treasure. The card was unexpected but truely appreciated. it made me cry buckets, but the words were so true. I still miss my Snoop so much, but i have him by my side thanks to you both. xxx

Winkle
Dear Angie and Simon I just wanted to send you both a message of sincere thanks for the way you both dealt with my little Chihuahua Winkle. Simon brought his ashes home yesterday and far from being the event that I dreaded so much it was lovely and his remains were beautifully presented. I always promised Winkle that we would be together forever and now that I have his remains I can be true to that promise as I intend for his ashes to be buried with me when my time comes, it’s very comforting. I truly appreciate what you do and the dignified way you go about your business, thank you once again.

Thank you for caring for Fenrazor
After the devastation of losing our beloved Fenrazor so unexpectedly, it meant so much to us that you were there, Simon, long after hours and in the freezing cold, waiting at the gate for us. In spite of this, you gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our darling girl, and never made us feel inconvenient or hurried. It has made it so much easier knowing that we left her in your care and that you looked after her when her life was over. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And if any good was to come from this horrible time, it was meeting both you and Angie. We have enormous respect for all that you are doing at Tallpines. It was lovely to meet such caring and genuine people who really know dogs through and through. I'm sure we will be seeing you again! Very best wishes from us both, both now and for the future - your business deserves to flourish! We would highly recommend you to anyone...and will do!

Individual cremation
Ciao Angie & Simon, Thank you so much for your kindness following the loss of our Cocker Spaniel, Lola. At such a difficuly time it was good to know that you were only a phone call away and were able to attend to Lola so quickly. She was a much loved dog and will be sadly missed by all the family. We are retiring to Italy in the summer and are taking her with us. She will be buried with us in our village in the Appenini mountains in Abruzzo. Once again thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We will have no hesitation in recommending your services to our friends. Best wishes - Moreno & Gill Di Luca

Individual Pet Cremation
I had to have my much-loved elderly female cat, Peppa, put to sleep two weeks before Christmas, and I was so distraught with how cold and unfeeling the vet had been throughout my ordeal. I contacted Angie afterwards and she dealt with everything so professionally. She said all the right things - so caring and understanding. I knew that she was 'made in heaven' and that I had also found an instant friend. If the world were made up of lovely people like her (and Simon, of course), it would be a wonderful place to live. We would definitely highly recommend Heavenly Paws. Thank you so much. We would love to come and see you when the better weather arrives. All the best for the New Year.

Best in the South
I knew the previous owners, so when I came over with my friend for an individual cremation for her dog, I was so pleased it had been taken over by such caring people. I will definitely continue to use your services and without hesitation recommend you to everyone I know who needs a freindly face and a kind word and a excellent service. It makes all the difference when we have lost a much loved friend. Hope your kennels and grooming parlour continue to thrive too

Bonnie & Stasi Anastasi
Just a brief "thankyou" for your kindness, empathy and professionalism to day. You were both outstanding. For Stasi to have been able to lie on the grass with Bonnie while she "passed on" made an unbearable ordeal for her just so much easier to cope with. As i mentioned to Simon, Keith and I have also been there (loss) many times and had no idea that a place such as yours existed. We're so glad that we know about you now. Wishing you every success and fulfilment in your venture, which will be richly deserved. Thankyou again
